Administration Support Officer

Salary: $66,732 + Super

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Administration Support Officer provides support to ensure the effective management of NT PHN sites and facilities, and for the provision of a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. The role delivers a broad range of tasks including, but not limited to, reception duties, administrative processes and systems, assets, facilities, information management, events and continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
This role will suit a candidate that has high level administration skills and is organised, pays attention to detail and has great interpersonal skills. If you are able to manage tasks that support the general operation of the organisation and have high-level customer service, we are looking for you. If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:
Knowledge or training equivalent to year 12 or Cert III or equivalent relevant experience /education and training.
High level administration and organisational skills showing capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and evaluate team resources.
Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software packages including Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide high level customer service in a multicultural environment.
Ability to build rapport, develop business relationships and contribute effectively to a team using initiative.
Strong organisational skills with the proven ability to work independently and under pressure, proactively solving problems as required.
A current First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
