We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO.

Surgical Order (SOx) was born from a vision to bring surgical logistics into the digital, connected age. SOx provide a single online, digitally interoperable platform where all healthcare providers, regardless of size, can connect with global suppliers to ensure the streamlined seamless ordering, scheduling, completion and billing of surgery to save money and prevent disruption and lost productivity throughout the surgical logistics supply chain.


With a current team of 12 people across Australia, SOx specialises in the eye and spinal surgery arenas and has exciting growth and expansion plans into ophthalmology, cardiology, orthopedic, radiology and dental.


What you will be doing and will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation and coordination of the CEO’s schedule and tasks.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and stakeholder communication.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO and external departments or individuals.
  • Collating and managing documentation.
  • Preparing for and minuting Board and Advisory meetings.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.
  • Some travel required between Head Office (North Adelaide), Kurralta Park and Windsor Gardens offices

  • Proficient across suite of Microsoft 365 applications inc. but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Organised, emotionally intelligent person.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • You operate with clear, succinct communication and are able to research and summarise professionally.
  • You enjoy achieving your job’s objectives and are a hard worker.
  • Preferred experience in a similar role or proven transferable skills from other positions.
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Trello and HubSpot (desired).
  • Available to work on-site and hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
