In this role you will,
- Coordinate recovery from service interruptions and ensure effective technical resolution efforts to minimize customer impact.
- Be the main contact for stakeholders and provide timely communications about incidents.
- Assist in investigating root causes of issues and failed changes and implement permanent corrective actions to enhance system stability.
- Help monitor agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) proactively to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Identify potential IT risks and contribute to the development of risk management plans and mitigation activities.
- Report on the implementation of service improvement plans and assist in coordinating proposed actions.

About you
- Have experience in IT Environment.
- Open to working beyond standard working hours
- Have working knowledge Proficiency in using common IT tools like Service Now (or similar ITSM) and Microsoft Office suite
- Capability to comprehend customer issues and identify IT service delivery requirements
