About the Location
With two kilometres of private beach access hugging the Murray River, over 160 acres of bushland and surrounded by over 20,000 acres of state park, Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend is the true definition of a nature escape.

Located three-hours from Melbourne, just outside the town of Tocumwal on the New South Wales side of the Murray River, Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend offers a secluded bush escape while being close to town amenities, great restaurants and local pubs with a courtesy bus leaving right from the onsite bus stop!

Please Note – Access to Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend is via a 3km dirt track from Bridge St, Koonoomoo. The track can be challenging to travel in a standard car during and after wet weather events.


About the Role
Support the Park Manager in the daily operations of our Murray Bend Holiday Park. Boost your management career and be mentored by the leadership team to progress internally. From assisting housekeeping staff, to creating staff rosters - no two days will be the same!


Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stay
  • Create programmes for Kids Club and hands on participation
  • Attend to afterhours call outs as required
  • Collect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents
  • Human Resource functions including rostering, performance management and recruitment
  • Administration such as budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the Park


About You
You will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and looking to progress in a long-term opportunity. You will also have:

  • Previous experience as a Manager within Hospitality or Tourism
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Experience in developing team members
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding of financial controls and practice
  • Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
