What’s involved:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic worker to join our team. The position, located in Lake Cargelligo, will be to manage all inwards and outwards goods movements from the warehouse, monitor inventory levels and pick and pack orders ready for dispatch. Responsible for ensuring the warehouse facilities are kept clean and well organised whilst adhering to safety standards and quality controls. Allshelter have a clear set of core values which are to be followed and factored into all actions in this role to ensure the business reaches its objectives.
This role is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the warehouse supervisor for new orders, deliveries and tasks
- Operation of forklift, including, loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring safely driving the forklift at all times
- Receiving, storing and organising products inbound and outbound
- Maintain warehouse in clean, organised and safe work environment
- Monitor product quality and check for damage
- Perform manual tasks in a safe manner
- Pick and Pack orders in accordance with the BOM
- Take photos for QA records
- Perform general manufacturing duties including cutting and bending and use of hand tools when needed during busy periods
- Loading and Unloading materials to production.
- Assist in the movement of consignment stock to production
- Be proficient in the SOP’s and use of all equipment.
- Complete stocktakes – Cycle Counts as required.
- Attend regular Toolbox meetings.
- Reporting any incidents or issues linked to production/store/ OHS & QA.

Experience required for the Role:
- Forklift license is required
- Metal work experience will be a plus
- 2 positions available - Warehouse and Pipe Bay Department
