The Role of Food & Beverage Attendant
- Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.
- Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.
- Deliver our offerings promptly with accuracy and care. Customer satisfaction is paramount to the success of this role.
Setting you up for Success
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or similar role is desirable due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
