About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Lead: Enterprise Partnerships, the Administration officer will provide a broad range of administrative and operational support duties. You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective operation of the executive team and overall unit through providing diary and email management support, implementing practices and systems that facilitate forward planning, establishing positive working relationships and maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality on confidential matters.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior managers in a personal assistant or administrative support role in a customer-oriented environment
- Organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of high-quality written correspondence and presentations with high level attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the suite of programs in Microsoft Office, experience in the establishment and maintenance of a records management system and experience in the management of a CRM or related customer management experience
