Cleaning Supervisor (choose your area in Sydney)
Job description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, mature and self motivated individuals to be a part of our cleaning teams across Sydney (areas for Supervision can be chosen eg. CBD, Inner West, West, Outer West, etc.).
The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
Minimum 1 year cleaning experience in supervision with work references
Ability to work and drive between multiple sites
Experience in managing a teams of cleaners
Management Systems procedures
Site spot checks and implementation of corrective actions
Excellent communication skills
Delegation of work to cleaning team with strict deadlines
Knowledge of cleaning products/chemicals and their safe use and application
Knowledge of the usage of floor scrubber, polivac, pressure washing and strip & sealing
Excellence in customer service and high attention to detail
Drivers Licence and own transport advantages
Strict understanding of Security procedures
