About the role:
As one of the installers, you will be required to be visiting clients in their home, office or commercial space and installing their furniture through quality and safe work practices to allow full functionality of each piece of furniture. To ensure high levels of customer service, you will be updating the customer from delivery of goods to completion of install and any updates throughout the process. When not in the field you will be working from a state of the art, custom build building in South Western Sydney. This role is Monday to Friday, Full Time
Other responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Safely install and fit-out projects at clients sites
- Load and unload equipment in/out of vehicles
- Ensure the right paperwork and invoicing is readily available and moves to sites with products
- Adhoc reporting as and when needed
- Responsible for driving company van and truck to and from work sites
- Completing .-trip inspections and report on any defects prior to taking vehicle out to jobs
- Perform regular pulling, pushing, lifting and carrying of equipment, products and freight
About you:
- A valid drivers license (C Class) is a non-negotiable
- Previous experience as an installer or fitter of furniture necessary
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and able to work autonomously at times
- A self starter who is keen to get in and get the job done, safely
- Results driven and attention to detail
- Full working rights are required
