Job Summary:
At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team! As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets through the development of high-quality business relationships and implementing a growth-focused sales strategy.
Job Description:
Sales & Marketing
  • Achieve sales targets set by the organization
  • Develop new customers and market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand
  • Maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients
  • Increase Huisong’s brand recognition in the region
  • Develop new products and services for customers in the region
General Management:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop Huisong’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the Australian and New Zealand market for the next 5-7 years
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or business development manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong learning skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
  • Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, phytochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
