In this role, you'll:
Work with our Social Procurement and Industry Development team to actively drive the implementation and coordination of initiatives and other activities which aim to increase the representation of women in construction
Focusing on our Metro West and Western Sydney Airport projects, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and trial innovative models, prepare reports and case studies related to Women in Construction pilot targets and help us to identify what is working and areas for further improvement.

About you
You are passionate in diversity and inclusion and have built up a wealth of experience in this area, having demonstrated experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs in large organisational environments. Ideally having demonstrated experience in facilitating programs and initiatives which strengthen the representation of women in underrepresented industries.
You are looking to build on your social procurement or industry expertise in a close-knit team that has a large impact on the lives of many people in the community. You are the type of person who thinks outside-the-box for solutions to problems and are looking for a role that you can make your own.
