Working directly with the Bookkeeping Manager and other bookkeepers your duties and responsibilities will be to support a large team of Accountants and Managers from the Business Services division that provides a range of tax, advisory and compliance services
for multiple companies across various industries.
Your Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping services
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll. & Payroll tax
- Activity Statements
- Superannuation
- Maintaining client accounting files
- Month end management reporting
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2 - 3 years bookkeeping experience, Professional accounting office experience preferred
- Be familiar with balancing multiple, complex accounts including trust accounts.
- Highly skilled in MYOB and Xero accounting software
Experience in other accounting software is a bonus however not essential
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment
