Light Years Café in Hawthorn East is searching for all rounder/floor staff to join our friendly team.
The successful applicant for the ALL ROUNDER/ FLOOR STAFF role should have the following attributes:
- Worked in high volume café / restaurants for at least 1 year.
- Confident, friendly and well presented
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills – develop customer loyalty.
- Work well in a team.
- Show a positive and welcoming demeanour at all times.
- Preferably have existing specialty coffee knowledge.
- Well-presented, hard working, reliable and punctual.
- Must be available to work at least one weekend.
