Shane Delia has been delighting Melbourne diners with his modern take on classic Middle Eastern flavor for 13 years, and this is your opportunity to join the team. We have
both full-time and casual opportunities available so, if you have a passion for hospitality and love to exceed expectations then we want to hear from you!
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will get the chance to show what you can do in one of Melbourne's most stunning dining rooms. Located on Bond Street, in the heart of the city, you will have great access to public transport.

Skills and Experience:
- Must have a can-do attitude and be a team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in setting up and closing down a restaurant
- Customer engagement and creating a customer experience
- The understanding sequence of service
- Previous experience working in higher-end venues is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and late nights
