Role Overview:As a Warehouse Supervisor/Events Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in managing our warehouse operations, overseeing event setups and pack-downs, and leading a team to ensure seamless execution. Your responsibilities will encompass logistics management, team coordination, and warehouse organization. This hands-on role will require long hours, adaptability to the events lifestyle, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations efficiently
- Lead a team during event setups, ensuring a smooth and timely execution
- Coordinate pack-down procedures post-events, maintaining accuracy and organization
- Utilize your logistics expertise to optimize inventory and streamline processes
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results
- Take ownership and responsibility seriously, ensuring top-notch execution at every event
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently (Forklift license required)
- Work with children and maintain a child-focused environment (Working with Children required)
Requirements:
- 2 years in warehouse management and team management
- Must be able to work on weekends.
- Experience in the events, amusement, or inflatable industry would be a big bonus.
- Proficient in logistics and warehouse operations
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic events lifestyle and work flexible hours
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Willingness to go the extra mile and work additional hours when necessary

Salary: $60,000.00 – $72,800.00 per year
