Troubleshooting and repairing general office or home IT equipment such as:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- Desktop & laptop computers
- Printers & Scanners
- Gaming & other leisure products
- Associated operating & security software.
To be successful for this position you will need:
- To be skilled in the repair of all popular brands & models.
- Proven repair experience is essential.
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to engage and clearly communicate with clients & customers.
- Assist customers to find the right product or solution for their requirements.
- Generate quotes or repair estimates.
- Responsibly deal with customer inquiries
- Assist Sales staff with product features & recommendations.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 18 - 36 per week
Salary: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
