Position Summary

About the Role

The main focus of the Administration Clerk is to co-ordinate patient flow throughout the Specialist Consulting Clinics and to provide high quality customer service, including sensitivity when dealing with clients. It is the responsibility of the Administration Clerk to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective & efficient administration operations. The Administration clerk reports to the Administration Manager and is responsible for undertaking clerical functions within the Specialist Consulting Clinics.

About You:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on being receptive to patient needs
  • Experience working within a Customer Service Environment
  • Display a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and meet operational objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and manage competing demands
  • Effective time management skills
  • Previous experience with iPM (Patient Management System) is essential
  • Previous experience working in a Specialist Consulting Clinic is essential
