What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking MC drivers with Interstate and Linehaul expertise. Join our team and embrace the thrill of long hours on the road with 24/7 availability. Conquer 3000+ kilometre routes and enjoy generous compensation through our Cents per Kilometre pay system, including additional allowances. Transport goods to prominent East Coast locations such as Sydney, Lismore, Tamworth, Melbourne and, Brisbane while carrying out essential responsibilities of pick-up, delivery, and loading/unloading with unwavering commitment to safety and rigorous standards. Key areas:

• Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
• Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately
• Fatigue management in line with BFM guidelines
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation

Are you the one?

• Current MC Licence essential
• Prior refrigerated transport experience is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to manage fatigue
• Knowledge of major Australian cities and/or interstate road networks
• Familiarity with fundamental manual handling protocols
• Strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills
• Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
