Title: Team Leader Customer Service, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $95447.05 to $110924.98 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our primary focus is to provide an excellent customer experience through our frontline customer service team. We are the front face of council and take on many functions across 4 customer service centres on the Northern Beaches including call centre, counter service, email, online and admin support. The team is focused on providing excellent service as well as constantly improving, collaborating and innovating to meet the changing needs of the community.

1) Providing leadership and management to a team of Customer Service Officers
2) Ensuring the team delivers the highest quality service to all customers through a variety of contact channels
3) Providing high quality front-line customer service when required across all customer contact channels.
